Weekend Friday, Saturday and Holidays $800 per night (2 night minimum stay)
Weekdays $450 per night (2 night minimum stay)
Weekly Friday – Friday rates $3,250 (Call for rates over 7 days).

Add $150 Cleaning fee per stay.

*Note: An Excess Fee of $150 will be added to the total rental cost if there are over 15 persons staying for Weekend rental (10 persons for Weekdays rental) to help off-set the extra cleaning time and costs incurred. Please consider this addition when you are figuring out your costs.
